I have been working as a licensed massage therapist for over 10 years.  I specialize in injury recovery, pain reduction both acute and chronic, and correction of mobility dysfunction.  I use many different modalities including lymphatic drainage, myofascial work, craniosacral and structural integration.  These modalities are highly effective for young and old alike.  I can be extremely gentle, or not, and yet achieve incredible change.

Thank you so much for your continued trust and support. To maintain the quality of care you expect, along with rising costs of supplies and operating expenses, I will be adjusting my service rates beginning March 2, 2026.

The new rates are:

60 Min. Massage - $100

90 Min. Massage - $145

120 Min. Massage - $190

I’m committed to providing you with the same attentive, restorative experience you’ve come to expect.

To help offset this increase there will be a 2.5% discount for cash or check transactions.
